A Fool's Paradise Comedy Showcase
Fool's Paradise was a long standing comedy showcase in South of San Francisco I co-produced with L.A. comic Gary Cannon. Fool's, along with shows like Spanganga, Mock Cafe, Brainwash, and others, provided comics and patrons with a non-mainstream outlet for alternative comedy. The club closed in 2002 amid finanical trouble but owner Robin Reichert is supposedly opening another club somewhere nearby in South of Market.
